问题描述 Problem Description
有同事在使用 Word 2013 中的邮件合并功能，点击 Acrobat 中的"合并到 Adobe PDF"，然后选中"通过电子邮件自动发送 Adobe PDF文件"，将带 Word 转换为 PDF 并将此 PDF 作为电子邮件的附件发送给多个收件人，确认后，等待转换和发送，之后收到提示"电子邮件发送成功/完成"。然后查看 Outlook 2013，稍等片刻，电子邮件发送成功。但是，收件人收到电子邮件后，许多人反馈说他们没有收到 PDF 文件。有些人反馈说收到了一个 winmail.dat 附件，有些人反馈收到了一个文件名是乱码的附件。
Use the mail merge function in Word 2013, click "Merge to Adobe PDF" in Acrobat, and then select "Automatically send Adobe PDF files via email" to send emails with PDF attachments to multiple recipients, and then Received Acrobat's prompt "Email sent successfully or completed". 天坑记录
如果，Outlook 中存在一个单独的数据文件叫做：Outlook 数据文件 -> 通过 word 进行邮件合并 -> 使用 Acrobat 的"合并到 Adobe PDF" -> 勾选"自动通过电子邮件发送 Adobe PDF 文件" -> 确认 -> 提示"邮件发送成功/完成" -> 将被发送的邮件会进入"Outlook 数据文件"的发件箱 -> 发送成功后 -> 在"Outlook 数据文件"的已发送邮件中。
那么，一定要执行"解决"中的"第二步"！ 
如果，仅执行"第一步"。那么，收件人仍旧会收到附件为 windmail.dat 或文件名是乱码的邮件。
原因
在初次打开 Outlook 时，没有配置电子邮箱。即，选择了"在没有电子邮件的情况下使用 Outlook"；则，默认生成一个数据文件，叫做：Outlook 数据文件。
设个"Outlook 数据文件"将会被配置为 Outlook 的默认数据文件。就算在之后添加了电子邮箱（即，创建了该电子邮箱专用的数据文件），Outlook 并不会自动将默认数据文件设置为新增的电子邮箱所使用的数据文件。则，"Outlook 数据文件"会被一直作为默认数据文件使用。
但是，这个 Outlook 默认生成的数据文件"Outlook 数据文件"似乎不受一些设置的控制，导致"解决"中的"第一步"不会对其生效！

Debbie_Blanchard_在 2008 年遇到了相同问题...似乎并未解决。但是，这给与我了提示，因为之前我还在纠结文件名乱码问题，是否是编码格式转换导致的（测试时，乱码附件名符合 Unicode 转 Ansi）。测试时，发现 Word 菜单栏中的 Acrobat 中的"创建并附加到电子邮件"与"邮件"中的"合并到 Adobe PDF"调用的 Outlook 撰写邮件方式不一致，"创建并附加到电子邮件"是以 HTML 格式正常附加，无任何问题；而"合并到 Adobe PDF"，猜测是调用默认数据文件中的参数来撰写邮件，在此感谢：
