环境

两个问题在 Windows 7， Windows 8 与 Windows 10 和 Chrome 旧版本，老版本中均有出现。所以环境不太好描述。

谷歌浏览器 Chrome "喔唷，崩溃啦！"

打开谷歌浏览器，直接提示网页崩溃，喔唷，崩溃啦！等类似提示，不论打开任何网页出现同样提示。

英文

Google Chrome directly prompts the webpage to crash "Aw Snap!"
No matter open any webpage, the same prompt appears.

解决 Solved

中文

谷歌浏览器 Chrome：右键 -> 属性 -> 兼容性 -> 更改所有用户的设置 -> 勾选"以兼容模式运行这个程序"，且选择"Windows 7" -> 应用 -> 确定。

Google Chrome: Right click -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Change settings for all users -> Select "Run this program in compatibility mode", and select "Windows 7" -> Apply -> OK.

提示

请勿只使用以下操作，某些程序在调用浏览器时，会初始化浏览器的设置，会导致该设置失效。
谷歌浏览器 Chrome：右键 -> 属性 -> 兼容性 -> 勾选"以兼容模式运行这个程序"，且选择"Windows 7" -> 应用 -> 确定。

其他解决方案

此方法在部分版本解决，部分版本未解决。
Google Chrome：右键 -> 属性 -> 在“目标”框中的引号后面添加一个空格，然后添加 --disable-features=RendererCodeIntegrity 后，确认。最终显示类似如下：

“C:\Users\Shanks\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe” --disable-features=RendererCodeIntegrity

Microsoft Office 无法验证此产品的许可证

在通过经过兼容模式处理的 Chrome 下载 Office 系列文件（Word，Excel，PPT 等）后。直接在 Chrome 的下载提示栏，双击打开 Office 系列文件，则进入 Office 程序后，报错："Microsoft Office 无法验证此产品的许可证。应使用控制面板修复 Office 程序。"。导致无法打开 Office 系列文件。
通过控制面板修复 Office 或者重新安装 Office 后，此问题仍然存在。

Use the Chrome with open the compatibility mode to download Office series documents, including: Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
Then directly in the download prompt bar of Chrome, double-click to open the Office file, and an error message is displayed: "Microsoft Office cannot verify the license for this product. You should reqpair the office program by using control panel."
This problem still exists after repairing Office through the control panel or reinstalling Office.

临时解决方案 Temporary solution

在 Chrome 下载文件后，不要直接双击打开文件，通过右键文件，选择"在文件中显示"，然后文件夹中打开该文件。

After Chrome downloads the file, do not double-click to open the file directly.
You should right-clicking the file, then selecting "Show in Folder", and finally open it with double-clicking in the folder.

原因 Reason

在 Office 2013 及 Office 2016 在兼容模式下运行时会出现的 Bug，可查看参考中的 Microsoft 文档。
在解决谷歌浏览器 Chrome 崩溃问题时，设置了 Chrome 的兼容性，当在 Chrome 中直接打开下载的 Office 系列文件时，其兼容性设置会传递给 Office 系列软件，导致出现"Microsoft Office 无法验证此产品的许可证"或"Microsoft Office cannot verify the license for this product"提示，从而无法打开文件。
